What is Sports Action's return policy?

In order to satisfy our customers’ needs we accept returns within 30 days of the order's arrival date. Notice that the items returned must be in brand new condition, unworn with no signs of use with all pieces and accesories and original packaging. The return transaction will be authorized once we have inspected the item and refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.


How can I return/refund a purchase?

In order to return an item, please contact us at customerservice@sportsactionusa.com to request a return authorization. We will provide you the authorization and once we receive the item, it will be inspected for approval in order to authorize a refund.


Can I return my purchase to one of the Actions Sport’s stores?

Please contact us at customerservice@sportsactionusa.com to request an authorization. We do not offer in-store return.


What carrier should I use to return it through mail?

For your convenience, the item can be returned through the carrier of your preference. Please notice that you need to contact us at customerservice@sportsactionusa.com to request a return authorization. Return shipping costs are paid by buyer. Our return processing department's address is:

Can I return merchandise that has been worn?

Sports Action does not accept returns for merchandise that has any signs of damage or use, unless it presents a manufacturer's defect.


 

What to do if I receive a different item than what I ordered?

Sports Action follows the most strict procedures in order to avoid shipping the wrong item. If this unfortunate situation happens, please contact customerservice@sportsactionusa.com. We will request that you send the item back to us through the carrier of your preference and to send us an email with an image of the return shipping receipt attached. Once the item arrives at our location, it will be inspected by our specialists in order to confirm that the wrong item was send. After this is confirmed we will refund the amount paid for the item and the return shipping cost for an amount of up to 15 dollars. For this reason we suggest that returns are shipped through standard/ground shipping service.
